The North Texas Genealogical Association will be hosting a seminar via Zoom on Saturday April, 24 2021 from 9:30 until 11:30 a.m. Our speaker will be Cari Taplin. Cari is a Certified Genealogist, Secretary of the Association for Professional Genealogists, and President of the Lone Star Chapter of the APG. She is the owner of GenealogyPANTS and currently works for Ancestry ProGenealogists. She has spoken at numerous genealogy conferences. She is a wife and the mother of two grown children. There will be two lectures: "Census Hurdles: How to Jump Over or Go Around" and "Using Timelines and Tables to Analyze Your Research". There is no charge for the seminar but you must register with Gene Ann Duyck at gadmemories@gmail.com by April 22. She will need your name and email address in order to send out the invitation. This should be a fun and informative seminar! Anyone who is an active family history researcher or is just curious about this addictive hobby should plan on attending!
